VibeDesk is provided by ApeMotion Technologies LLC. This page explains how account sign-in, device discovery and remote connections use information.

Accounts and devices

We use your verified email address to identify your account across email, Google and Apple sign-in. An Apple private relay email is a separate email address. We store provider identities, session information, device names, platforms, device public keys and last-seen information needed to show your devices and protect access. We do not receive your Google or Apple password.

Email verification

Cloudflare hosts the website and account service and provides Turnstile human verification. Resend delivers sign-in codes. These providers process information needed for their services, including network and browser information for verification, and your email address for delivery. We keep limited authentication and security records, rate limits and expiry times to protect accounts.

Remote sessions

Your devices exchange screen content, input, audio and files when you enable the relevant features. Remote access requires sign-in and the host authorization code. Saved connection credentials use platform-protected storage on the controlling device. The account service provides authentication and device information; it is not a recording archive of remote screen content.

This website

The product website uses local storage to remember your language preference. We do not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. External services have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can sign out and manage signed-in devices in the app. To request account deletion, access or correction, contact apemotiongames@gmail.com. We may verify account ownership before acting. We retain information as needed to operate the service, maintain security and meet applicable obligations.
